Entering into the 2021 year brings much change as well as hope for Biddeford Adult Education. We have been impacted significantly by COVID-19. Although we have maintained a healthy staff, our offerings have been reduced by approximately 55% since last year. However, our doors remain open to our community and our students. We have hired new staff that bring with them a fresh perspective and necessary skills to prepare our students for the future. Preparing a well-trained and job ready workforce to help reduce local unemployment and curtail economic downfall is one of the primary tasks calling upon Biddeford Adult Education. Thus, we will continue to offer many of our traditional programs as we transition to developed portable, stackable, and industry recognized certifications and training.
