The Alternative Pathways Center’s (APC) mission is to give alternative learners an opportunity to obtain a Biddeford High School diploma through coursework that is individualized, project-based and combined with pre-vocational training, work experience and social and emotional learning.
At APC students are provided an opportunity to learn and grow in a small, supportive, non-traditional environment that promotes learning, respect for self and others, relationship building and with the ultimate goal of developing positive members of our community. We strive to focus on our students’ unique strengths to develop and reinforce natural community supports, master critical life skills, and to equip them with the tools necessary for success, satisfaction, and successful citizenship.
Our new location is currently under construction and will be located at 73 Bacon Street, 1st Floor in Biddeford. This downtown location will provide ease of access for students, community gatherings and partnerships.
